The Michigan Center Girls beat East Jackson 49-28. The Cardinals led by 4 at halftime before pulling away in the second half. Freshman Mayrese Vieau led MC with 10 points and 6 rebounds. Ella Best added 10 points and Sophomore McKynley Gaddy led a great defensive effort by drawing a school record 3 charges.
Onsted 38 vs. Napoleon 32
Napoleon traveled to Onsted and came up short 38-32 after having a 32-28 lead with less than 2 minutes to go. Leading scorers for the Pirates were Hayden Rendall with 9 points, Camryn Smilowski with 6 and Emma Darnell with 5.
