The Tigers lost their opener in Atlanta, 2-1 giving up a go-ahead homer by the Braves in the 8th inning after Reese Olson rebounded for a brilliant start, 6 innings, no runs, 8 strikeouts and no walks in his home state of Georgia. Detroit went 1-for-7 with runners in scoring position Riley Greene drove in the only run of the game for the Tigers. They drop to (34-38) and will face Atlanta for two more to end this road trip tonight and
tomorrow.
